Terms of Service – imbosomentertain

This service term specification is an official binding agreement formed based on platform operation norms and service management requirements, applicable to all users who access, browse and use platform functional services. User’s access to and use of platform services shall be deemed as full acceptance of all clauses of this specification. Users shall strictly abide by the terms constraints during the service use cycle, and assume corresponding behavioral responsibilities and legal obligations.

1. Service Scope Definition

The platform’s service scope includes official content display, functional service provision, user interactive experience, order after-sales support and other derivative services officially launched by the platform. All functional settings and service contents are subject to the official real-time display of the platform. The platform reserves the right to adjust, expand or simplify service contents according to operation and development needs.

2. User Behavior Constraint

Users shall not engage in any behaviors that damage platform operation security, disrupt service order, infringe on platform intellectual property rights and other users’ legitimate rights and interests. Any violation of service specifications will result in corresponding service restriction measures, including but not limited to function limitation, service suspension and account ban.

3. Liability Exclusion Clause

The platform shall not be liable for any losses caused by user’s personal improper operation, violation of specifications, third-party behavior intervention and force majeure factors. All user personal operation behaviors and released content are independently responsible by the user, and the platform does not bear joint and several liability for individual non-compliant behaviors.
