Return Eligibility

At Imbosomentertain, we accept returns for most items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included. Proof of purchase is required — please keep your order confirmation email or receipt handy. Returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and eligibility may vary depending on product type, condition, and reason for return.

Non-returnable Items or Situations

Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or licensing considerations. This includes digital products, personalized or custom-made items, opened software, and products explicitly marked as final sale at checkout. Additionally, returns initiated after the 30-day window, items without proof of purchase, or goods damaged due to misuse or improper handling will not qualify. If promotional items were included with your order, they may need to be returned alongside the main item — otherwise, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days. Exchange Requests

We aim to accommodate exchange requests where possible — particularly for reasons such as incorrect size, color, or minor fit concerns — subject to inventory availability and product eligibility. Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed for all items. If an exchange is approved, we’ll ship the replacement item once the original is received and inspected. Please note: exchanges do not extend the original return window, and shipping costs for exchanges follow the same guidelines as standard returns.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt, especially for higher-value packages (e.g., those valued at $75 USD or more). While we do not require insurance, we advise considering it for valuable items.
