Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated dynamically based on your location, the number and weight of items in your order, and the selected shipping method. You’ll see the exact shipping fee before completing your purchase — it’s displayed clearly in your shopping cart and again during checkout. We don’t offer flat-rate or free shipping by default, as accurate pricing ensures transparency and helps us maintain reliable service worldwide.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to a select list of countries and regions outside the United States. Due to logistical and regulatory requirements, we do not offer global shipping at this time. If your country is not listed at checkout, unfortunately we’re unable to fulfill orders for delivery there. We regularly review and expand our supported destinations, so please check back or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing it for shipment. Orders are typically processed within 3 to 7 business days, depending on product availability and order volume. Please note that processing time does not include weekends or U.S. public holidays. During peak seasons — such as holidays or major sales events — processing may take slightly longer, and we’ll notify you via email if any delays are anticipated.
Delivery Time
After your order ships, estimated delivery time depends on your destination. For international orders, transit generally takes 14 to 30 business days. This timeframe begins once your package leaves our fulfillment center and does not include order processing time. Delivery estimates are provided for planning purposes only and are subject to variables beyond our control — including customs clearance, carrier performance, weather conditions, and local postal infrastructure.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
We do not support splitting a single order across multiple shipping addresses. Each order must be shipped to one verified address. If you need items delivered to different locations, please place separate orders — this ensures accurate tracking, timely fulfillment, and proper handling of any shipping-related inquiries.
PO Boxes and Military Addresses
At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Our carriers require a physical street address with valid zip/postal code for successful delivery and tracking. If your preferred address is a PO Box or military forwarding address, please provide an alternative residential or commercial location where your package can be safely received.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, applicable import duties, customs fees, and value-added taxes (VAT) may apply upon arrival in your country. As part of our commitment to compliance, we collect and remit VAT on eligible orders where required by law (e.g., via the EU IOSS system). However, additional fees not covered by our VAT collection — such as local customs duties or brokerage charges — remain the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are not included in your order total.
Order Tracking
We provide full tracking for all shipped orders. Once your package is dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your unique tracking number and a link to monitor its progress in real time. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and reflect key milestones — from scan-in and departure to customs clearance and final delivery. If you haven’t received tracking information within 2 business days after your order confirmation, please reach out to our support team.
Shipping Delays and Lost Packages
While we strive for consistent delivery timelines, occasional delays can occur due to factors like customs inspections, severe weather, carrier service interruptions, or unexpected high-volume periods. If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 business days past the estimated delivery window, or if tracking shows no movement for more than 7 consecutive days, please contact us. In the rare event a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we’ll work with you to investigate and, if appropriate, issue a replacement or refund.
